Protection Control Unit

An installation shaft is built into the machine, which takes on 3 important functions:

• It accommodates the electronics.
• The shaft shields the components from the direct heat of the boiler and supplies cool fresh air through slots at the bottom and openings at the top. Although the built-in components have proven themselves very well under the usual conditions of an espresso machine and function very long and reliably, they are exposed to less heat in a Xenia due to this shaft, which will certainly have a positive effect on its service life.
• It effectively protects the components from moisture.
